    Description

    This is an Catel Model X-ATM-1600-3-01/03 Television Modulator.
    It powers up and a red vertical bar moves across the "Video" meter then disappears.
    I have not done any further testing as I have no idea what sort of output to expect since the "RF Out" jack is not present.
    The front panel removes via the two thumbscrews and looks like the two circuit boards are removable.
    Sold for parts only and

    warranted for its original function.
    Dimensions are 19" wide X 1.75" high x 16" deep and weighs a hefty 11 pounds.
