1988 Elvis Presley Pennant Flag - Vintage

So I recently went to an auction of a person who used to be an avid Elvis Presley fan.  Thousand and thousands of items were displayed in an outbuilding at their home (like a mini museum of just Elvis items).  I bought hundreds of items and this is from that sale.  Be sure to check the rest of my listing for more Elvis items.  I will be adding more daily.
Here is a vintage, earlier Elvis Presley Pennant.  It measures 26 3/4" long.  In the picture it is in a harder plastic protective cover that is old and dirty and torn in the corners.  I am going to mail it in the cover for safe keeping but it needs a nice new clear one.  Anyway, the pennant tip is toryn off a little (see pics) but other then that I don't see any holes, folds or creases.  It is dated 1988 by E.P.E.

*Please note-the shipping price is a flat rate.  Once an item is wrapped and weighed, I may use USPS, UPS or Fed Ex...it depends on the cost and where you live.  So be aware it may arrive by a different method then listed.
*I pack items very well and everything has a tracking number.  Once I mail an item I can't be held responsible for what happens to the package. If it gets lost, damaged or stolen then I will do all I can to get the claim filed, etc....however I can't control what happens after I mail it.  With this said I will work with the buyer to help in any way I can.
*I will only ship to the address you have on file with eBay so it's up to you to make sure the address is current and correct.
*Buyer to pay for return shipping if an item is returned.
*Starting January first eBay is required to collect sales tax from certain states that recently passed new laws.  I have nothing to do with that....it is all through eBay.
